Strategy for the development of First English Language School

  
     
 

     The main aim of the school is to continue to be a school for highly motivated students, a place for creative work without aggression and misdemeanour, a school which can form, with the help of families, free and responsible knowing young people able to do anything, competitive in their knowledge of English and other subjects.

 
     
  Priorities for the First English Language School:  
 

  • To increase the quality of education especially in English and all electives;

 
 

  • Integrate students from different nationalities or ethnic groups. There are students from Romania, Turkey, Albania, Vietnam, Russia, Moldova in the school;

 
 

  • Introduction of new IT technologies in the teaching process of all subjects;

 
 

  • Increasing the professionalism and skills of teachers;

 
 

  • Opening education to the world by taking part in international projects, programmes and presentations;

  
 

  • Focusing foreign language education on the needs of the labour market;

  
 

  • Introducing the European Portfolio and the European Language Passport;

  
 

  • Cooperation with the municipal authorities, the Ministry of Education, the Regional Inspectorate of Education of the Ministry of Education, non–governmental institutions and parents.
